	Product is good, but service is misleading. I thought that I was buying a product from a local shop in Canada. Then I am surprised to find that I had to pay customs fees on top of the really expensive product. Your site should clearly state that only the website domain is Canadian and to expect to pay customs charges on top of the posted price.

We also mention that you have to pay import taxes before you check out and we show an estimated amount of how much would that be. On our 'shipping info page,' we mention that the delivery time to Canada is 4-17 business days. I am sorry about the confusion... Please let us know if you have any questions /Vesta

	Excellent skis ..... had them previously so knew what to expect. Super impressed with all aspects of SkatePro service from product range , online product advice and very efficient delivery process. Would highly recommend them for all your skiing requirements.
